First, GMAT does not deal with imaginary numbers so we must assume that A and B are real numbers. Second, IIRC a number divided by zero does not yield imaginary numbers.
If I were to do this question, I would assume that A is a real number (instead of undefined). The answer thus would be C. In real GMAT test, I wouldn't be surprised if it specifies that x and m are not zero, or A and B are real, though this would make this question very easy.
