4^11 = (2^2)^11 = 2^22
so we get
5^21 x 4^11 = 2 x 10^n
=> 5^21 x 2^22 = 2 x 10^n
=> 10^21 x 2 = 2 x10^n
so n = 21 . B

5^21 * 2^(11*2) = 5^21 * 2^22 = 2 * 10^21
hence n =21, B.
