(1) 1/3 of the numbers equal 25.
(2) The minimum value of the 15 numbers is 1/4 the maximum value of the 15 numbers.

range = highest value - lowest value

1) 1/3 = 25

i.e 5 numbers = 25

insufficient

2) min value = 1/4 times max

this doesn't give a value

insufficient

combining 1 and 2

no value for range

from 1:*****25,25,25,25,25,25,*****
25,25,25,25,25,25,**********
**********25,25,25,25,25,25

three ways we can right this so insufficent
from2:
no value for max and min value so insufficient

Combining both also we will not get the max and min value

so insufficient.

First of all: Range = Max. Value - Min. Value
(1)
_ _ _ _ _ 25 25 25 25 25 _ _ _ _ _
No information about min or max given
INSUFFICIENT

(2)
Min = 1/4 * Max
eg.
10 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ 40 (Range: 40-10= 30)
20 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ 80 (Range: 80-20= 60)
INSUFFICIENT

(1) + (2)
No additional information. We do not care what numbers are in the set. We want to know the Min and Max.
