From 1)
n could be 9, 14, 19, 24, 29, 34, 39, 44, 49, 54, 59 and so forth. So INSUF

From 2)
n could be 5, 11, 17, 23, 29, 35, 41, 47, 53, 59, and so forth. So INSUF

Both,
n could be 29, 59, 89, 119 and so forth. So SUF.

1) say,4+5p=n=> n can be 9,14,19,24,etc
INSUFFI
2)say 6q+5=n=> n can vbe 11,17,23 etc

INSUFFI
1) and 2) we get lCM of 5 , 6 = 30
hence 30r+9=n reminders add up hence now when we divide n /15 we get 9 as remainder
HENCE IMO C
