(1) When x is divided by 11 the remainder is 3.
So, x=11y+3 and possible values are 14, 25, 36,…..

(2) When 3x is divided by 24 the remainder is 12.
So, 3x=24y+12 or x=8y+4 and possible values are 12, 20, 28, 36,…..

Combined 
Common value is 36, so remainder will be 36 as 36 divided by 88 gives 36 as remainder.
