Agree with A. 0.46.
This is correct way to round, but guys
I met another roundness, i.e. 0.4547 would be not 0.46 but 0.45,
really for me it's very strange, but I'm not sure which way does GMAT use. :((((
Any ideas.

Agree with A. 0.46.

A is the answer.

The rule I follow while rounding is -
If the digit to be rounded is 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5, I round the number 'down'. If the digit is 6, 7, 8 or 9, I round the number 'up'.

A is the answer.

Paddy boy, if i follow your method, the the answer should be .45 and not 0.46. aren't we getting conflicting anwsers.

Just look at the number right to the digit you are rounding.
