If all the terms in the expression were 1/20 then value of the expression would be = 10/20 = 0.5
If all the terms in the expression were 1/30 then value of the expression would be = 10/30 = 1/3

Hence the value of the expression is greater than 1/3 but less than 1/2

Answer: D

The sum of sequence is determined by the first and the last number. So, 1/3=10/30<1/21+1/12+1/13+......+1/30<10/21<10/20=1/2. The correct answer is D
