(1) \(\frac{xy + xz + yz}{xyz}= 4\)

(2) \(x + y=3\)

Statement 1 directly gives the answer. Sufficient

From statement 2 we don’t know the value of z. Insufficient

A is sufficient as if we try to solve question as much as possible then we will form equation same as A whereas B is insufficient as it will only take us to 3Z+XY/XYZ

Statement 1 is sufficient straightway.

Statement 2 doesn't get us any output for the expression. Insufficient.

Answer option A!
