1) p=2q
2) p=q

given that (2^p)*(4^-q) = 2^(p-2q)
so from i, 2^(p-2q) = 1
so from ii, 2^(p-2q) = 2^(q-2q) = 2^(-q) = 1/2^q. we donot know.....
