1. 4a = 10

Knowing the value of 4a is not going to be enough in finding the
value of the expression $$\frac{(4a - b)}{(a - b)}$$ - Insufficient

2. 3a/(a - b) = 7

$$\frac{(4a - b)}{(a - b)} = \frac{(3a + a - b)}{(a - b)} = \frac{3a}{(a - b)} + \frac{(a - b)}{(a - b)} = 7+1$$

Hence, this statement is sufficient to find a unique value for the
expression - Sufficient (Option B)
