from1: $$\frac{c}{d}=\frac{5}{1}$$------->1
dividing by d in num and denom

new eq
$$(\frac{c}{d}+ 1)/(\frac{c}{d} -1)$$-------->2

inserting eq 1 value in eq 2 we will get the ratio.

sufficient

from2:
there can be multiple values :insufficient.

c/d=5/1

c=5d

1 is sufficient

2 is insufficient as the value can be anything

1) c/d=5/1 hence (5x+x)/(5x-x)=6x/4x => 3/2 SUFF.
2) 1<(c+d)/(c-d)<2 does not give us any specifics, INSUFF
