(A) Each of the integers 2, 3, and 5 is a factor of t. t can be any integer multiple of LCM of 2,3 and 5 i.e. 30. ( t can be 30,60,90...) - Not Sufficient.
(B) Each of the integers 60, 90, and 150 is NOT a factor of t. - Not Sufficient. t can be any integer other than multiple of 60,90 and 150.

Combining these two.

Consider for example - 30 and 210. Both these integers satisfy conditions A and B. Hence there is no unique value of integer t. So answer is E.
