Nothing about values of v or k.
Statement 2: Insufficient
Many possible values.
Combining, Insufficient
Still many possible values like v=10,12,14 and k=4,6,8

Hence, OA is (E).

We need to find v^3-k^3.

Statements:

(1) vk>0

Both v and k are positive or both are negative. Doesn't tell anything about their value.

Insufficient

(2) v - k = 6
Again, there can be multiple possibilities.

Insufficient

Combining both statements is no better. We can have (7,1), (8,2), (9,3).

Insufficient

Hence, the answer is Option (E).

What is the value of v^3 - k^3 ?

(1) vk > 0
(2) v - k = 6

Condition 1:
Case 1: v= 2, k=3 will give v^3-k^3 = -19
case2: v= 3 and k=2 will give v^3-k^3 = 19

Not sufficient.

Condition 2:
Case 1: v= 7, k=1 will give v^3-k^3 = 342
case2: v= 8 and k=2 will give v^3-k^3 = 504

Not sufficient.

On combining as well, we will not be getting unique answer, hence answer is E.
