Question : Value of X?

Statement 1 : X is a mode of [3, 0, 1, -1, 0, 5, 1] . Lets arrange the numbers [-1, 0, 0, 1, 1, 3, 5]
So, mode can be 0 or 1
NOT SUFFICIENT

Statement 2 : X is neither positive nor negative.
Only such number is 0
SUFFICIENT

Statement 1 : The mode of the given set can be 0 and 1.
We did not get the exact value of x.

Statement 2 : The x is certain to be zero as zero is only neither positive nor negative.

Hence, OA is B.
