Statement 1: INSUFFICIENT
Employees selling insurance for cars =90% of total employees
So, Employees NOT selling insurance for cars =10% of total employees
AND
Employees selling insurance for boats=45% of total employees
So, Employees NOT selling insurance for Boats=55% of total employees
So we can not decide what WHAT percent of employees sell insurance for cars but not boats.
Statement 2: We can use the same info given in statement 1 here
Employees selling insurance for cars =90% of total employees
So, Employees selling insurance for boats=45% of total employees
As a result, employees NOT selling insurance for cars =10% of total employees
AND Employees NOT selling insurance for Boats=55% of total employees
INSUFFICIENT
Statement 1 is the restatement of statement 2. So no need to combining.
E is my answer.
