working as an IT professional in UK based company for past 5 months.Applying for Masters in Management for fall 2015. Gpa of 3.6 in both school and college.
Completed my graduation in Engineering (B.tech) in Information Technology. Participated in extra curricular activities during the tenure.
Can I get admission on the basis of LORS and SOPs..?
As I m not expecting a good gmat score.

You ask a difficult question (for a couple of reasons):
1) You haven't named the Schools/Programs that you're planning to apply to
2) You don't have an Official GMAT score to use as a gauge
3) Most of the information that you have provided is vague
You CAN post this type of question to the Admissions Experts (there's a Forum full of them on this site), but you really have to include DETAILS if you want to receive a realistic evaluation. To that end, I think that many of them will probably tell you that without an Official GMAT score, it will be difficult to assess the strength of your application.
As an aside, if you're not expecting a good GMAT score, do you think that you might do better on the GRE (and will the schools that you're applying to accept that score?)?
