Just wondering if there's any time during the two years to do some personal traveling, unrelated to international study components and non-profit consulting, etc.

Like: Is there time during winter recess, spring break, and whichever other breaks are available that is not used for study components?

Hi

You usually get a break during the fall and then another in the spring.

In the winter depending on your school, you'll get anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks off. - Probably 3 weeks being the most common.

You will also have time in the summer before and after your internship, it depends where you work but you might get as much as a month off in total.

From my experience, Fall Break and Spring Break you will most likely travel with b-school friends (cause no one else is on holiday). Some people use this time to schedule interviews and going to career treks.

Xmas (winter) break, is generally more family oriented but I guess you could also travel with friends!

Plenty of time! you will be restricted by money not by time. Renew that passport and get ready to go
