I wouldn't go so far as to say Kellogg's culture is THAT special or different from other MBA cultures. Yes, every school takes on its own identity and ambiance, but they aren't drastic contrasts the way people make them out to be.
That being said, Kellogg is made up of a very friendly and engaging student population. At ~500 students per class, it's sizeable but not enormous so you can get to know your fellow classmates and also constantly meet new people.
Many students either come from or go into fields like consulting or marketing. Generally speaking, people who do that tend to be outgoing, team players, etc.
Also, those who choose to go to school in a Midwestern suburb (Evanston) are often excited about a more laid back, family-friendly environment.
These are very high-level points and obviously don't apply to every Kellogg student, but hopefully they give you some insight into the culture there. To learn more, you should visit campus, go to an info session/webinar, and talk to students. There is nothing like primary research to help you reach your own conclusions.
