What should be my ideal score on the GMAT? How much does it cost in total to do an MBA abroad with a normal score like 720?

A- 720 is not a "normal" score.
B- Abroad? I do not think all the schools all over the world have a generic fee structure to give you an idea.
C- "Ideal score" is way too subjective a term.

As urvashis09 pointed out, 720 is not a normal score at all (94 percentile)! The total cost will depend on a lot of things (for example: choice of school, source of funding, financial assistance/scholarships...)
As for the ideal score for you: because this really depends on your profile, you could consider checking with the consultants here as well.
