Tough luck with the score
May I know your profile as well... It would help in giving specific feedback.
Looking at the split scores, I would suggest a little effort on the Quant section will suffice but verbal, you really need to re-look at the strategy you have adopted.
Drill down to specifics:- what is the problem in Verbal SC, CR or RC (or all)
Take few more practice tests, to gauge your performance in these parts, see if you spot any repeat mistakes and then correct your weaknesses.

Hey Nirav...Thanks for the reply!

I am an Indian IT male (very typical of Indians lately) with
-7-8 yrs of experience with decent growth (mostly in the US),
-average academics
-good recommendation letters and
-excellent extra curricular and volunteer work

My target colleges are INSEAD and IE,Spain

Yeah you are right! I need to work on my verbal more than my Quant..
My SC is usually 90% correct...its mostly CR and RC that hammer me down...Now I need to nail them down..

Inputs on how can I work to achieve my goals?

Thank u Thank u =)

I find that the best way to improve CR and RC is to read alot of good literature. For me this includes The Economist, National Geographic, Scientific America etc. everyday.

Considering that you are decent in Quant, CR should be your strength. It is closest to Quant, very mathematical, very logical! For each type of question, there are specific guidelines that you need to keep in mind and you will not make a mistake e.g. remember that in strengthen/ weaken questions, you have to strengthen/weaken the conclusion of the stimulus. In inference questions, your correct option cannot have any new information etc
For examples, check out these posts:
cr-doctors-in-britain-have-long-suspected-that-patients-68935.html?hilit=conclusion

Reading and practicing some good passages should help you sail through RC. Check out Veritas CR and RC books; you will definitely see improvement.

@whamberto : Thanks! Thats really helpful! I have been reading articles on those sources...Its boring but hey if thats whats going to get me scores..I will do that :D

@VeritasPrepKarishma : Thanks Karishma! You are absolutely correct! And I definitely need to work on my RC the most. Thats my weakest weakness right now. I have been taking tests and improving on CR...but SC is something I REALLY have to get better at!!
