For wharton, it was 5PM.
But for Kellogg, I could not find the specific hour of the 2nd round deadline. (Yeah, I am still working on the essays.. hahaha)

Call and ask, but its usually 5PM or midnight.

I'm in the same boat and was relieved to see that the deadline is midnight Central time for online applications.

I think since its friday evening
They may even consider if you submit on a weekend

I doubt if adcoms work over weekends

I would not take this risk at all. Even if they do not work on weekends, there will always be a record of your submit time.

I am not suggesting to submit without telling tthe adcom
I think you can call up and turn in your app two days later

I know one person who has done that with columbia

The weekend reasoning was that adcom wouldnt likely to object to that

When I applied during the first round I vaguely remember reading somewhere that it had to be received at Northwestern by 5:00 PM.

Well, I mailed them already today thinking the postmark date is the deadline.(today) I think I will call them on Monday to let them know and also to find out how they feel about these things.
Kellog is my last minute choice.
