Hi everybody,
I have been taking three manhattan CAT tests the last few days and always (every single time) land on a 40 on quant and between 32 and 34 on verbal resulting in total scores such as 590 and 610. I have studied more on my weaker areas in between the test, mainly quant, without any increases in the score.
I was aiming for 680 when I first began studying a few months ago, but it starting to feel like that ship has sailed. My question now is, what is the most reasonable thing to do? I wake up everyday and try to stay positive, but feel unsure about how to maximize my score this Friday. Would just focusing on reading the economist (which I haven't done at all up to this point, however I am an undergraduate in economics so I have some experience of reading business-related texts) be a viable strategy? Or is there something specific in quant that I could do?
Best regards
