Hello guys,
I have given the GMAT 5 times till now. First was in Aug-2022 (570, magoosh). Second was in Aug-2023 (630, Jamboree), third in Sept-2023 (610, TTP), fourth in Dec-2023 and finally Jan-2024 (680, just by myself). I have given GMAT focus mock and scored as 635 twice under realistic conditions (even given a TTP diagnostic pointing to the same score)
Ever since August of 2023, I have been grinding as well as I can, but it seems like a 680 was the best I could manage which was surprising because in the official mock, I could easily score a 710.
I have about 4 years of work experience(worked in a friend’s fertilizer distribution business, then worked for a boutique consultancy for startup acceleration, chemical plants, EV factories and have decent experience doing EPC of green hydrogen) and I wish to get into a good MBA college in europe for January 2025 session.
Should I attempt the GMAT focus again. I am tired of scoring subpar and investing all this money into it. Would a 635 even be better?

Consider writing a profile-review. You could mention your scores, the schools you're targeting, and your thoughts on retaking.

Hi Akshay1997,
A 635 is similar to a 680 on the old GMAT. But because 680 itself is a good score, you could consider deprioritising the GMAT so that you can focus on your applications.
