Looking for advice from some experienced GMAT Test takers. I have been studying for some time (1.5 months) for my GMAT exam (not the focused ed.) and plan to take it around November 23. I have completed about 60% of the quant syllabus from
Magoosh+ Manhattan Foundation Book (verbal im yet to start). However, Im struggling to complete the entire course and have been lagging at revising the older chapters and practicing questions. Essentially, my preparation is a little all over the place. I aim to score around 700-720 but I fear at this rate I will hardly even score 600. Plus, my weekday routine is hectic (legal field) and involves extensive mental stimulating work and long travel (approx. 3 hours each day). So understandably, I procrastinate a lot (I get up early to study). On weekends I study about 3-4 hours while managing my personal stuff and co-curricular activities (for my MBA application) and then procrastinate some more.
I think one of the ways to complete the syllabus and start taking the mock tests (and also work through the OG guides) is to skip topics that are less likely to occur. So, request experienced members to chime in and advise on which 2-3 topics can be skipped and how best to manage my studies to reach my target score?
Also, any advice on how to manage revision of older topics are most welcome.
Thank you in advance !
