I just going to get on to MBA and just want to know which category is best suitable for future better job. Bit more interest in Banking/Finance and have great experience in Marketing. Is MBA is Human Resource Management is as much effective as Marketing and Banking/Finance and which category is most suitable for better salary?

Hi,
I think it is short-sighted to focus on which concentration will have better job prospect and lead to better salary. Getting an MBA is a great opportunity to strengthen the knowledge in areas you lack, as well as further the knowledge of areas you are interested in.
In the long run, you will be most successful if you focus on how you can utilize your unique talent and interests into creating and delivering real value for people.
Do/study what you love, and the money will follow.

From a philosophical standpoint, the most telling factor of what will make you successful is your work ethic. Therefore, to echo Christine, do something you love that spurs you to work earnestly.
To answer your question, from my experience, HR opportunities are scarcer than finance or marketing, but then again so are the number of students studying HR. Comparing finance to marketing, it really depends on the school. Some schools are known for their finance connections and will bring a ton of employers on campus recruiting for finance positions, whereas other schools are known for their marketing connections. Just do your research and you should be fine.
