I have started my preparation a month back for GMAT. Earlier I was planning to give older GMAT but now I realise giving GMAT focus makes more sense. What are the topic I can skip from Verbal and quant to effortlessly change my prep toward GMAT focus since I have shortage of time to prepare.
Hi agrimoudgil,

You can skip sentence correction and geometry (some basic knowledge of geometry may still be tested), and you don't need to prep for AWA, as there's no essay in the Focus edition.

That said, Data Insights (IR) is part of the total 205-805 Focus score (IR is not part of the 200-800 current GMAT score), and almost all test takers will need to prep for that.

You can skip SC, Geometry, and AWA.
Be sure to work on your IR (aka DI) skills, since they now have a much greater effect on your score.
