I would suggest that you take a look at the GRE averages for full time and part time programs, P&Q has a resource on that you can Google. 30 is a bit on the high side in terms of age for FT but still workable, might be harder to pull off with HBS/GSB however. MIT actually is very open to older applicants. When it comes to recruitment for part time programs it's really quite a mixed bag, past clients who have looked into it sometimes don't really get a straight answer - for example a client who asked about MBB recruitment from Anderson part time…. they don't really have any stats and that's not a good sign. Things might have changed but that's what I heard him say.
I'm not exactly sure I follow what you mean in terms of not being able to leverage your URM stats like other places period I guess maybe you're saying because it's more diverse on the West coast or something? I would not assume that. The length of the program is again something that really depends from one to the next comma the Kellogg part time has it accelerated option that many people like, it really depends on the structure if it's evenings weekends , you'd have to look at one program for the next period but many part-time programs like to say they can help you get in and out of there in 2 years period so I'd say that's probably the average. There's no upper limit on the classes you can take, to my understanding but I don't feel safe to say that because again it's program specific. And yes it is the same degree on your resume, you don't have to go around saying that you were a part timer.
It would be best to understand your personal situation and go from there.

as far as recruiting opportunities on campus? Got a combined GRE Of 321 and 10.5 AWA
30/M Anderson and West Coast schools have excellent tech recruiting but I can't really use my URM stats like I could in other places
How long would a part time MBA take compared to full time? Is there an upper limit on the classe syou can take? Is it the same degree?
