According to the Q: $12.50 - ($692 / 80) = $12.50 - $8.65 = $3.85 ....... ANS B

The wholesale price of Coffee cups is \(\frac{692}{80} = 8.65\)

Retail price is \(12.50\)

So, MArkup above the wholesale price is \(12.50 - 8.65 = 3.85\) ; Answer must be (B)

The wholesale price is 692/80 = $8.65 per cup.

Thus, Phil pays 12.5 - 8.65 = $3.85 above the wholesale price if he buys just one cup.

Answer: B
