I am planning on applying to INSEAD round two nov sixth, if I were to be accepted, I would be informed early january. I also plan on applying to some american B schools in january, and I would receive notification on march. Would I have enough time to make a decision knowing all my possibilities? Or would I have to confirm INSEAD before getting news from the other schools?

You reserve your spot by placing a 10,000 euro deposit within one month of you receiving notification of the acceptance. It may be possible to ask for a delay for this payment while requesting an early decision from the American b schools, but the time lines may not match.
