I gave my first attempt of GMAT on 19 April, 2021. And unfortunately gave it 4 more times, but couldn't get an acceptable score. My 5th attempt was on 6th April, 2022
When can i register for the 6th attempt? Shouldn't rolling 12 month period end on 19 April, 2022? But i am still not eligible to register for my 6th attempt yet. It still says, "Registration attempt limit reached".

You are correct, it should be 12-month rolling per mba.com
You should be able to take it today or tomorrow and you should have been able to sign up for it even before the expiration of the 12-month rolling timeframe since the limitation is not for registering but rather taking, meaning you should be able to register even sooner.... sounds like you will have to deal with the renoweed and "award-winning" customer support 😬

Do you truly believe you are ready to achieve your GMAT score goal if you take the GMAT now? Many people take the GMAT to sort of see how they will do before they're totally confident that they are ready, and rarely do they hit their score goals. In other words, the GMAT is rather good at identifying your skill level. So, it's unlikely that you'll luck into scoring high on the GMAT.
The reason I'm asking is that I see that you've already taken the GMAT five times without being prepared enough to achieve your score goal, and you have only three attempts left. So, if you're not rather confident that you will hit your score goal if you take the GMAT within the next few days, then probably you should hold off and take it when you're more prepared.
