When Do Schools Provide Your Financial Aid Package?

After you've been accepted, when do schools provide your financial aid package, in accordance with your FAFSA? Should they provide it as a part of your acceptance?
I was accepted to various schools for Fall 2019 matriculation and acceptance deposits are due next month in April. However, I informed the schools that I still have not yet received my total financial aid packages and this would potentially influence my decision to see how much federal aid I would receive.
According to said schools in accepted student webinars, they do not send out financial packages until June when they assemble all the information from FAFSA. Obviously, this does not make sense, as this is far past after I have already committed to the school. What I am given in terms of federal aid via the FAFSA could easily make a difference on which school to attend. Not to mention, if I had to wait until June, this would give me little time to determine other financial aid options (such as If I needed to do private loans), as payments for the schools for the semester are due in August. I am still waiting to hear back directly from the financial aid offices regarding this.
For what it's worth, I filled out the FAFSA in December and FAFSA sent the information directly to the schools' financial aid offices. From my understanding, the school then assembles your package and dispatches that package to you to accept or decline as a part of your acceptance, but that does not appear to be the case. Any advice would be great. Thank you.
