When/How should I incorporate GMATClub tests into my prep?

I am using the following resources for Quant:

Manhattan Prep books
Target Test Prep
OG 2019

I've been reading good reviews about GMAT Club tests on the forum. How should I slot that into my current resource materials? I'm using MGMAT/TTP for content review and OG19 for practice. When/how should I leverage the GMATClub tests for Quant?

GMAT Club Test Center is the next best thing to GMAT Prep and Official guides. The questions are designed to closely represent the ones in the actual GMAT and are available in various difficulty level. You should enroll in the GMAT Club Test center as early as you can; you can start practicing the easier question early on in your preparation. 
Do not think twice before availing the GMAT Club Tests - both the sectional tests and quizzes would help test takers build immense stamina. All the best.

Yes, thanks - I know its a good resource. I'm just wondering if I should use it before or after I do some OG practice? Or can I do it concurrently

IMHO, GMATclub tests should be used after completing OGs. So once you have done with concepts and problems in OG, Now you are ready to adapt in GMAT exam with strategy and pacing. this is where GMATclub tests helps.

You need to ensure you get absolutely 100% accuracy in easy and medium OG questions
and more than 75% accuracy in hard OG questions before attempting GC quant tests.

Your current study plan sounds similar to one that you were planning to use last Summer/Fall. Since it's been about 9 months since those earlier posts, it would help to know a bit more about how you've been studying over that time (especially if you're 'stuck' at a particular score level).

1) Have you been studying consistently over the last 9 months or have you taken any "time off" from your studies?
2) What study materials have you used over the course of all of your studies?
3) Over the last 2 months, how have you scored on EACH of your CATs/mocks (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?

Goals:
4) Is your Goal Score still 720+?
5) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
6) Are you still planning to apply to Business School this Fall? What Schools are you planning to apply to?
