Hi,
I have taken GMAT 5 times this year as follows:
June, 4
July, 9
July, 27
August, 15
September, 3
Does that mean that the earliest day I can retake it again is June, 4 2017?
And I have to pretty much follow the same schedule with my retakes if I want to have 5 attempts by early Sept?

According to GMAC's testing rules, you can take the GMAT up to 5 times in a 12-month period. Since you've taken the GMAT 5 times since June 4th, you will not be able to retake the GMAT again until NEXT year - June 4th, 2017. If you were to take the GMAT on that date, then you would have again taken the GMAT 5 times in a 12-month period, so you would not be able to retake again until July 9th, etc.
From your schedule of Test Dates, it looks like you 'rushed in' to retake the GMAT repeatedly.
1) How did you score on each of your Official GMATs?
2) What is your goal score?
