When number 202 is reversed, its value remains the same -> We are talking about Palindrome numbers here.
Now this is possible only when the first digit from the starting and first digit from the end is same.
Or, the nth digit from the starting and the nth digit from the end is the same.
If we talk about numbers between 100 and 300 then we are only dealing with 3 digit numbers. So we need to keep the units and the hundreds digit same and tens digit can be anything.
Now for hundreds digit we have only two options 1 and 2 (it cannot be 3 as 300 is not palindrome and we can go only till 300 as per the question)
so, 1x1 where x can be any number from 0 to 9 -> 10 numbers
and 2x2 where x can be any number from 0 to 9 -> 10 numbers

So, in total we will have 20 numbers. (B)
Hope it helps!
