Hi GMAT17325,

Hope you are well - solid improvement so far. One question though: have you taken an Official Practice test? I think that most would agree that non-official practice tests can be OK practice (depending on the test) but are not the best indicators of performance on the real GMAT. You might consider taking a GMATprep test soon so that you know where you are.

If you are a morning person I would avoid taking the test in the afternoon. Yes - it makes a difference. If you are diligent about checking back in at MBA.com an appointment may open up for the morning.

It's great to get the GMAT done in one shot but it is completely fine to take the GMAT twice (this student took the GMAT 3 times and is at Stanford. This one 5 times and is at Columbia). You would still be below the average of 2.7 times:) I think it's good planning to leave space for two tests. Hope this is helpful for you.

Good luck!

A.

GMAT is a singular word that is never really should be used with an "s" at the end. It just sounds wrong and I would not recommend using it that way.
