If i would like to take the GMAT on Nov 15, when is the best time to register? When I register do they send me some prep s/w ..in which case I shld probably register early to get the s/w on time...is that correct?
Any help would be most appreciated...

as early as possible. you have to specify dates when you want to take the exam. go to mba.com and you will be done in 15-20 mins (or less).
