While it's understandable that you might want to focus solely on the GMAT at this point, you might find it beneficial to do some work on other aspects of your applications at a time. For example, by writing initial drafts of your application essays and/or putting together a list of people who might write you a glowing Letter-of-recommendation right NOW, you'll have more lead-time to make sure that these areas are the best that they can be by the time you submit your applications (as opposed to possibly having to 'rush' through some of these tasks later on and ending up with results that are less than ideal).
