Some of us have had experiences where low undergrad GPAs might have hurt our chances at ultra elite schools. Elite schools may be more forgiving.

You have no research experience, so keep in mind you'll be weighted against people who probably do have some research experience.

I do have some research experience (an REU and independent study as an ugrad, plus I will likely RA for a prof in financial econ in the spring/summer)...I havent published anything, but is this really that bad?

I see no problem with your profile. make sure you do a good job in your SOP.
you didn't specify which program you apply to (e.g. finance, managment, marketing...) but I think finance would be the toughest in terms of competition.
