With just 3 years of experience it looks like you're not under a time crunch to go to B-school in the fall. May I ask how many times you've taken the GMAT? You have an awesome quant score, it just looks like your verbal needs some work.
I can't speak for your chances at any given the limited knowledge of your profile, but just know that to get admitted with a 620 is an uphill battle and even more so if your strategy is to apply in a school's final round. I would suggest you re-group and take the GMAT again with your sights set on Round 1 this coming fall. You only get to do an MBA once and it'd be a shame if schools didn't see your best effort.
If you need some help with verbal, I like this book - go through it cover to cover and see how you do on practice exams.

Thanks for your reply. I have taken GMAT once before this attempt. I scored a shameful 510

. The reason I am pushing for this fall is because of some personal reasons. Of course next year will be a sensible thing to do, but I am a bit desperate for this fall. So I thought i just ask a few guys if this score would even make it to the admission officer's table

. Thanks again
Applying to B schools is a complex process and even if you are targeting tier 2 and 3 schools, you still need to put in a lot of work: introspection, reflection, not to mention managing your recommenders, shelling out app fees etc. If you're going to slog it out, might as well slog it out for better schools with a better score.
Even if you went ahead, your verbal score might be a concern at these schools. Increasing your verbal score is not hard! I had this problem with quant and I started out at 570. It took 2 more attempts to cross 700, but I finally got it.
I'm not aware of your personal reasons but I really think you shouldn't apply when you're feeling desperate. Take some time to reflect.
