3.2 is by no means disastrous. Find your fit and aim for T16 :)

Your numbers are fine, but it's gonna depend a lot on WHAT you did in your startup and where you graduated form as well as what "extras" you got in your profile.

You have a very good GMAT score. Your GPA is slightly on the lower side when compared to the average of top schools. I wouldn’t worry much about GPA as your GMAT score should compensate that element in your application. Which university did you go to? Your experience of 3 years is less compared to what top schools expect which is 4-6 years. Having said that, quality matters more than quantity. If you had super experience in those 3 years at startups, it should be fine.
You haven’t mentioned anything about your leadership roles and extracurricular activities. If you can provide them, we can evaluate your candidature even better. Focus on your application essays.
