Hello
I'm a professional in my early 30's from a developing country. I have an engineering background, with 8 years exp and all my career has been in a regulator (public sector)
I would like to do an MBA in 1 year and transition to consulting. I see many consulting companies have regulation practices and i think it could be interesting for me.

What BSchools send their grads to top consulting companies ? last i remember Wharton, NYU were for finance careers, Stanford for tech etc...

what do you think guys?

Hello jimwild,
First of all, you can find a list of 1-year programs here: https://www.aringo.com/mba-1y-one-year-programs/
As for your desired path in consulting, you can check out the employment reports of your intended programs to see where their grads found jobs. Data published in the recent Bloomberg Businessweek rankings shows that 38.2% of recent Booth grads when to consulting, 27.8% at Columbia, 30.9% at Duke, 25.1% at Haas, 24.1% at HBS, and 24.6% at Wharton.
