Are you planning to stay afterwards to pay off your loans? And that case you probably would want to do a two-year program, because that will allow you a three-year work visa. If you do a 1-year program you'll only get a one-year work visa. So based on that I think Rotman and McGill. I love Vancouver more than life but it is a lesser ranked school, still good though.
