As i understand. There are 2 conditions in the task.
1. protein > fat
2. maximum possible quantity of protein in each gram
So. lets take 1 gram.
A. Food A - 0,1 gr of P and 0,2 f : not ok coz of 1 condition
B. Food B - 0,2 gr of P and 0,1 f: ok , but we don't know yet about 2 condition
C. Foods A and B in the ratio 60 : 40 : 0,6*0,1 = 0,06 ; 0,4*0,2 = 0,08 0,06+0,08 = 0,14 of P - not ok coz of 2 condition (option B better)
D. Foods B and C in the ratio 60 : 40 : 0,6*0,2 = 0,12 ; 0,4 * 0,3 = 0,12 ; 0,12+0,12 = 0,24 . Better then Option B (2 condition), and what about fat - 0,6*0,1 = 0,06 ; 0,4 * 0,35 = 0,14 - 0,06+0,014 = 0,2 so 1 condition also hold true
