My guess is that NZ would pretty tough for PR unless you are able to get it somehow through a school. I have not really explored many NZ bschools though I know there are a few. Keep in mind that NZ and AU economies are pretty small and they have rather restrictive immigration policies. Canada is also fairly small in terms of size but their immigration is pretty open towards Bschool students and it is fairly straightforward to get the residency.

Which one should I prefer for better salary and employemwnt and work life balance?

Posted from my mobile device

Hello AbhiAswal,

New Zealand isn't particularly popular and the size of the economy doesn't leave one with too many opportunities. Australia is marginally better but is not particularly a hub either. You should, ideally, consider other geographies. Thus, for instance, Canada might give you better opportunities and also has relatively easier immigration policies.

Good lcuk!
