I am in the final year of my studies and the next two years will determine my trajectory for MBA. Are there any international options which do not require Work Experience? I am aiming for the top 10, so what kind of Work Experience and application standard will I need?

Hi amoghsharma,

Not sure what you are looking for. Are you seeking an MBA program that lets you apply now and begin in two years time (thinking HBS 2+2)? Are you looking at the top 10 global institutions that accept applicants into their MBA program without any work experience?

As to work experience, typically MBA programs require a min. of 2 years of work experience. You want to demonstrate leadership in those two years, but the avenue, sector, etc. you select depends on your long term goals. Take some time and think about what you want to do, so you can make the most out of the next two years.

If you want to continue the conversation, please reach out.

Good luck with the end of your studies!
