Which of the following equations has 7 and 2 as roots?

A. $$x^2 – 9x + 14 = 0$$

B. $$x^2 + 14 = 0$$

C. $$x^2 + 9x + 14 = 0$$

D. $$x^2 – 7 = 0$$

E. $$x^2 + 5x – 14 = 0$$

by having roots as 7 &2 does it mean + or -ve roots?
IMO A ; has both roots +ve
C has both -ve roots?
which is correct root value here +ve or -ve?

Which of the following equations has 7 and 2 as roots?

A. $$x^2 – 9x + 14 = 0$$

B. $$x^2 + 14 = 0$$

C. $$x^2 + 9x + 14 = 0$$

D. $$x^2 – 7 = 0$$

E. $$x^2 + 5x – 14 = 0$$

(x-7)*(x-2) = 0

x^2-2x-7x+14 = 0

Option A. I think he meant +7 and +2.
