25,000,000 = 25 * \(10^6\) = 20 * \(10^6\) + 5 * \(10^6\) = 2 * \(10^7\) + 5 * \(10^6\)

=> Option E

Which of the following is equal to 25,000,000?

A. \(25 * 10^7\)

B. \(2.5 * 10^{-7}\)

C. \((2 * 10^6) + (5 * 10^5)\)

D. \((20 * 10^{-7}) + (5 * 10^{-6})\)

E. \((2 * 10^7) + (5 * 10^6)\)

It's definitely nothing with a negative exponent. B and D are out.
A is 250,000,000. Out.
C is 2,000,000 + 500,000. Out.

Answer choice E.
