5.13 /0.02

512/2 Multiply num and deno by 100 and rounding off 513 to 512

256

So closest to fraction is option B.

(513/100) / (2/100)

= 513 / 2

= 256.5

Using Scientific notation, we can write \(\frac{5.13}{0.02}\) as

\(\frac{{513* 10^{-2}}}{{2*10^{-2}}}\)

The \(10^{-2}\) will get cancelled and we can write \(\frac{513}{2}\) as approximately \(\frac{500}{2} = 250\)

Hence, the correct answer is Option B.
