(\(\frac{1}{5}\)) = (\(\frac{2}{10}\)) = (0.2)

Hence \((1/5)^4\) = \((0.2)^4\)

=0.0016

Multiply by 2^4 in numerator and denominator.
so it becomes 2^4/10^4
