Hello All,I have
41 years of experience in the tech industry (
SAP Technical) and currently work as a Manager at a small third-party support provider company. As I plan to
progress, pivot, or make a career change, I have decided to pursue an
EMBA.
I applied for the
2025 intake and have been
accepted by Chicago Booth. I am awaiting
Berkeley's results in 10 days and am also gathering information to apply for
MIT in the 4th round.
I am
based in California on an
L1 visa. I lived in
Singapore for 12 years and am open to returning if I find a good job opportunity.
I want to make the
right decision to achieve my career goals. I chose
Chicago Booth because it is a
top M7 school, and my interactions with admissions and alumni have been
overwhelmingly positive. My experience with
Berkeley has been
similarly positive, but I am concerned about its global recognition since it is not in the
top M7 and may not be as well known outside the
U.S.I am considering
MIT mainly for its
brand name, but I am uncertain about whether I should apply. That is where I am seeking guidance.
